Heres a few tips to avoid becoming overwhelmed by the forums and to make a good use of them.
- If you're really a newly joined kinmate. Be sure to read or re-read the forums and kinship guildelines and policies.
- First thing you'd like to do is to hit the "Mark as read" clicky at the bottom of the main page. If not, every threads on the forums will appear to you as "new" and it might be easily overwhelming and not encouraging at all when you see all these new threads "to read".
- Dont really know where to post? Be sure to check out the boards descriptions so you know what's gonna talked about. If you still dont know where to post you can always start in "The Helping halls" or in the "General Boards".
- Not sure if a topic have been already brought up? Well the search button in the forums top toolbar is your friend!
Type in a few keywords and start a search over all our threads or just in specific boards.
- There is no dumb questions, so whenever you feel like asking something, go for it! There will always be someone who will try to answer your questions with the best of their knowledge!
